Spoonwood Brewing Company in Bethel Park is getting into the brunch game – and they’re taking reservations!
Starting this Sunday, August 16, they’ll be serving up brunch every Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the brewery.
The menu features a healthy mix of classic dishes with a twist – like Eggs, House-made Beer Sausage, and Onion Sprout Home Fries, and they’ll be serving brunch cocktails (and beer!), too.
On the menu:
Keep It Classic: 2 eggs, choice of house beer sausage, ham or pork belly, onion sprout home fries, hearth-baked toast
Green Eggs & Steak: Strip steak, fried green tomatoes, fried egg
Brecky Sliders: Beef patty, braised pork belly, fried egg, brew Hollandiase
Shrimp and Grits: Grilled shrimp, local grits, honey peach glaze
Summer Squash Frittata: Baked egg, squash, specialty cheese, hearth-roasted tomato
Wake & Bake: Bacon + sausage, banana pepper, fresh-cracked egg, smoked provolone, house-made mozzarella, basil + Sicilian oregano
NY Style Pancakes: Fluffed pancakes, choice of seasonal fruit or chocolate chips, maple butter
Crumbled Parfait: Granola, seasonal Greek-style fruit yogurt + fruit consume
Prosciutto Toast: Heart-baked toast, prosciutto di Parma, argula, fig jam
