Station, the newly-opened Bloomfield restaurant from Curtis Gamble, Justin Janosko and John Pieranunzi, has a menu that changes regularly – and it’s now available online.
The restaurant has recently updated their site, which now includes their latest seasonal small and large plates.
Station’s current menu includes some summer holdovers, like their Heirloom Tomato Salad with Old Bay custard, and their already-famous house-made Tagliatelle, with smoked pork shank, soffritto and a one-hour egg.
New additions include a Miso-Poached Apple Salad, Chicken Liver Mousse, Charred Eggplant & Yogurt Ravioli, plus their current burger, topped with asiago fondue, onion jam, and an onion ring (which we’re already obsessed with).
And the cocktail menu has a few new libations, including the Ruby Queen, with tarragon, beet, shrub, honey and vodka.
In other news, they’ve also announced that starting Tuesday, October 6, the restaurant will be open seven days a week, from 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
