
Head to Station in Bloomfield this Thursday, May 25 for a five-course vegetarian tasting dinner. This unique tasting dinner will feature chef/owner Curtis Gamble’s original vegetarian dishes, each with an optional beverage pairing.
The menu includes:
First Course:
Poached cherries with yogurt, pistachio, and ramp panisse
Second Course:
Grilled artichoke with carrot caponata, dried fruit, sunflower
Third Course:
Haricot verts with buttermilk, cornbread puree, cornbread crumble
Fourth Course:
Smoked potato with BBQ dashi, Nigella seed brittle, duck egg yolk
Fifth Course:
Hay custard with strawberries
