After months of waiting, Bloomfield now has a new, big-name restaurant in the neighborhood.
Station, a joint collaboration between Curtis Gamble from Grit & Grace and Justin Janosko and John Pieranunzi of Craftwork Kitchen, held a soft opening last week, and is now fully up and running, and ready for business.
On the current menu:
Small Plates
- Roasted Carrot Salad, fresh cheese, harissa, pomegranate curd, chickpea fritter, watercress
- Beet & Strawberry Salad, sunflower seed, orange blossom goat yogurt, frisee
- Heirloom Tomato Salad, Old Bay custard, sweet corn, garlic, crouton, dill
- Chicken Liver Mousse, pickled ramp, brown butter crumbs, coriander mustard, sourdough
- Crispy Wings, olive oil, chili, fresh herbs, parmesan
- Corned Beef Tongue, crispy cheddar, chili, broccoli and cheddar spread on toast
Large Plates
- Tagliatelle, smoked pork shank, soffritto, 1-hour egg, parmesan
- Charred Eggplant & Yogurt Ravioli, tomato, baby kale, olive oil, garlic
- Crispy Skin Chicken Breast & Leg, grilled baby lettuce, dirty bread pudding, corn puree, buttermilk vinaigrette
- Hanger Steak, zucchini, salsa verde potatoes, chili, herbed sabayon
