Osteria 2350 (2350 Railroad Street) has just released the menu for their next ‘Suds in the Strip’ beer dinner on Wednesday, July 22.
Osteria’s chef Matt McClelland created a five-course tasting menu, paired with Great Lakes Brewing Company beers – and utilizing a number of GLBC brews.
Tickets to the dinner are $72 per person, and can be purchased on their event page.
On the menu:
First course: Tuna Tartare (Ahi tuna, cherry, togarashi oil and micro greens), paired with Great Lakes Sharpshooter Session Wheat IPA
Second Course: Chicken Ramen (Glass noodle, Thai curry broth, braised chicken thigh and poached egg), paired with Great Lakes Commodore Perry IPA
Third Course: Smoke St. Louis-style Ribs (Elliot Ness BBQ sauce, corn hash and cheddar grits cake), paired with Greak Lakes Elliott Ness Amber Lager
Fourth Course: Grilled Coulette Steak (with grilled tomato salad, chimichuri and roasted potato), paired with Great Lakes Lake Erie Monster Imperial IPA
Dessert: Ice Cream Social (Alberta Clipper ice cream sandwich, fried raspberry-praline ice cream and chocolate milkshake), paired with Great Lakes Alberta Clipper
