Every month Braddock’s American Brasserie introduces a featured pierogi – and they’re going sweet in March.
This month, enjoy their ‘Irish Car Bomb’ pierogi, a sweet pierogi filled with Guinness, Bailey’s Irish Cream and chocolate cake batter. They’re fried and topped with house-made cinnamon ice cream and Jameson Crème Anglaise, and a sprig of fresh mint.
