Enjoy A Sweet & Savory Vegan Doughnut Popup at The Vandal

Relish Co., a Pittsburgh-based doughnut company, is making your Friday a little sweeter with a brunch Pop-Up at The Vandal on February 3.

From 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., stop by the Lawrenceville restaurant for fresh-made doughnuts, bagels, and toasts.

The Relish creates handmade doughnuts and pastries that are completely vegan, even making their own flavor extracts and icing dyes from natural ingredients.

On the menu for Friday’s pop-up:

Doughnuts 

• Traditional Glaze
• Chocolate Icing
• Coconut Icing
• Espresso Icing
• Mixed Berries Icing
• Lemon Icing

Toast

• Vanilla soy cream cheese, blueberry chia compote, candied lemon
• Caramelized onion jam, sauteed Crimini mushrooms, tofu feta, fresh rosemary

Bagels

• Everything bagel with chive soy cream cheese, carrot lox, cucumber, red onion, fresh dill
