Haven’t tried Swing Truck, the new food truck that lives in the Bocce courtyard at Bar Marco in the Strip District? Now you have the perfect opportunity to check it out.
On Sunday, July 12, they’re hosting a Fiesta el Domingo event, with food, drinks, a DJ, and Bocce ball games.
The truck, from Bar Marco’s chef (and James Beard-nominee) Jamilka Borges, features Puerto Rican street food, and serves up two beers and two different cocktails each day.
On Sunday, Borges promises to have plenty of her mother’s almost-famous paella, in addition to the regular menu, filled with favorites like empanadas and Puerto Rican sandwiches.
Swing Truck is open Thursdays through Saturdays from 5:00 to 11:00 p.m., and 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sundays.
