Bobby Fry, the co-founder or Bar Marco and the Livermore, is setting his sights on Greensburg.
Not only is he bringing his roving food truck, the Swing Truck, to his hometown, but he and his team are planning to open a cocktail and coffee bar, too.
Paul’s C&C – named with a nod to Fry’s grandparents’ pharmacy, which served Greensburg for more than 40 years – is still in the developmental stages, but the Swing Truck is hitting the streets today.
The truck will be on the move throughout town this evening, and if you want to find out where they’ll be stopping, keep an eye on their Facebook page for of-the-minute updates.
