The Brew Gentlemen (512 Braddock Ave.) is celebrating their one-year anniversary, and they’re doing it in style.
Starting on Tuesday, May 19, they’re hosting five days of majorly fun events in their taproom. From a new beer release to a proper anniversary party, each event will be a celebration of good times, good food, and good beer.
To kick it off, they’re doubling down on the Braddock love for a special collaboration with Kevin Sousa.
Sousa, of Union Pig & Chicken and Superior Motors, will be in the kitchen for the Brew Gentlemen’s second taproom dinner at the brew house.
Tickets to the six-course event (including Brew Gentlemen beer pairings) are $85 each, and there are still a few spots left.
On the menu:
- First: Asparagus/Egg/Lemon/Romano/Pine Nuts paired with Straight-Up Regs (Hefeweizen)
- Second: Soft Shell Crab Sandwich/Ramp/Lettuce/Pickles paired with White Sky (Chai Wheat Beer)
- Third: Bucatini/Ham/Orange/Anchovy/Peas paired with Overgrowth (Pale Wheat Beer)
- Fourth: Squab/Artichoke/Rhubarb/Foie paired with Business Casual (Imperial Red Ale)
- Cheese: Taleggio/Hazelnut/Rhubarb/Honey paired with Loose Seal (Brett Saison)
- Fifth: Ice Cream/Chocolate/Mint/Fennel paired with One (Barrel-aged Russian Imperial Stout)
Tickets can be purchased on their event page. And, just a note – they won’t be offering a vegetarian option for this one.
