The last month of 2020 is giving us something good.
Starting today, the McRib sandwich is back at McDonald’s locations across the country – for a limited time, at least.
According to a release, McDonald’s customers across the country get “get in on the McRib magic with seasoned boneless pork slathered in smoky, tangy barbecue sauce, topped with slivered onions and tart pickles.”

The release continues.
“It’s a combination so tantalizing it has longtime enthusiasts declaring, ‘I need it,’ and the McRib-curious saying, ‘Why the heck not?'”
The McRib was first introduced in 1982, and a nationwide rollout hasn’t occurred since 2012. It’s a seasonal item that appears regularly at various spots around the country, but the only place where the McRib is on the menu full-time is in Germany.
The sandwich is available for purchase in participating McDonald’s locations around the United States, McDonald’s drive-thrus, and on their app.
