Beloved Pittsburgh milkshake shop The Milkshake Factory has announced plans to open a shop in Oakland early next year, marking the fourth Pittsburgh location for brand, known for their handspun shakes (made with their own ice cream) and house-made specialty chocolates.
The new Oakland shop will be located at 3612 Forbes Avenue, in the Iroquois Building, and will feature new digital ordering kiosks that first debuted in their newly-opened East Liberty location.
More expansion is on the way for The Milkshake Factory, with plans for up to six new stores top open in Western Pennsylvania next year.
The shop is expected to open in February, and applications for all positions are currently open.
