Just in time for a blazing hot August weekend, the Milk Shake Factory has opened the doors to their new downtown location.
The South Side staple will be serving up hand-spun milkshakes, Edward Marc Chocolatier chocolates and sundaes at the new spot, located in the Tower at PNC Plaza at 314 Fifth Avenue.
The menu includes more than 20 shake flavors, from classic vanilla, chocolate and strawberry to Cookie Dough, Salted Caramel and Mint Cookies & Cream. They also have special gourmet shakes, including a new-for-Downtown Strawberry & Waffles shake, with strawberry ice cream, maple syrup and crushed waffle cone.
The downtown Milk Shake Factory will be open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
