For the second year in a row, the Pittsburgh chapter of the United States Bartenders Guild is shaking things up for a good cause.
On Friday, August 23, they’re hosting a three-hour riverboat tiki cruise on the Rivers of Steel Explorer, sailing around Pittsburgh’s three rivers.
Some of Pittsburgh’s top bartenders will be slinging exotic tiki cocktails (along with non-alcoholic drinks, too), and there will be tropically-inspired cuisine by Simon Chough of Soju for snacking.
Tickets to the cruise are $125 per person, and all proceeds will benefit Rivers of Steel’s STEM-Based student education programs.
Last year’s cruise raised $11,000 for the organization, and organizers hope to raise even more money this year.
