The Downtown Market Square Farmers Market has been a summertime staple for 19 years. Over 30 weekly vendors sell fresh fruit, vegetables, organic milk and cheese, honey, breads, cakes, fresh-pressed juices, and other homemade food products are available for sale in Market Square every Thursday. The rain-or-shine market also includes free afternoon concerts from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and special events throughout the season.
