One of the best foodie events of the year is back.
eatPGH has announced the date for their 2015 Urban Supper, and tickets are now available.
This year’s event will take place on Saturday, September 19, in downtown Pittsburgh, at 919 Liberty Avenue.
Matthew Porco, Jason Watts, Anthony Castine, and Donnie Amman – aka, the team from Sienna Restaurant Group, will be taking over kitchen duties for the outdoor dining fest, and the menu looks pretty spectacular:
- Cured salmon, fried caper and beet chip appetizers
- Heirloom tomato/ stracciatella / duck speck / olive oil
- Chilled smoked celeriac velouté / basil oil
- Elysian Farms lamb tartar / lardo / pickled mustard aioli
- Grilled seafood sausage / Corona beans / braised kale / shellfish broth
- Pork cheek tortellini / braised cipollini onion/ jus
- Grilled PA-farmed hanger steak/ carmelized onion puree / burnt carrots / mosto cott
- Barolo cake
Seats are $125 per person, and can be purchased on their event page.
