It’s tomato season (and we’ve got bushelfuls of homegrown ones to prove it), and Lidia’s Italy is celebrating with their annual Tomato Dinner.
On Wednesday, August 27, they’ll be hosting a six-course feast, featuring locally-farmed and heirloom tomatoes.
The dinner is $58 per person, with a $30 optional wine pairing.
Lidia’s Tomato Dinner Menu:
- Heritage Pork Shoulder with pickled green tomato and horseradish
- Tomato-Leek Tartlet with baby arugula
- Risotto with Main Lobster, heirloom tomatoes, and basil
- Seared Yellowfin Tuna with tomato-lemon salsa
- Beef Hanger Steak with sun-dried tomato marinade, corn and pepper salad
- Tomato-Basil Semifreddo with candied tomatoes and goat cheese cream
