Looking for a good dinner tonight? Atlas Bottle Works is hosting The Vandal and the crew from the soon-to-open Apteka for a six-course beer dinner, featuring brews from Bell’s Brewery.
The roving dinner will start at Atlas Bottle Works with a pint of Bell’s beer, and an appetizer. Guests will get a special four-pack of brews to take with them to The Vandal, where they’ll enjoy a sit-down dinner, featuring a lineup of seasonal dishes, with a decidedly Eastern-European bent (thanks, Apteka!).
On the menu:
- Kholrabi Custard/ Dehydrated Cucumber/ Pepper Jam
- Fall Root Soup/ Pumpernickel / Sauerkraut
- Smoked Potatoes / Pickled Mushroom / Fresh Turnip / Serrano
- Consomme / Spaetzle / Cauliflower Mushroom / Paprika Oil
- Apple Tart / Dried Fruit Compote
Tickets are $120 for a pair, and the event kicks off tonight (October 21) at 7:30.
