The highly-anticipated Ki Ramen in Lawrenceville is finally opening… sort of.
They’re hosting a soft opening tonight from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and will be serving a selection of items from their menu, including ramen, snacks and cocktails.
Ki Ramen is a collaboration between Umami’s Roger Li, and Domenic Branduzzi from Piccolo Forno and Grapperia. The ramen shop has been hosting pop ups all over the city since last year.
Li tells us that an official opening date hasn’t yet been decided.
UPDATE: Ki Ramen will be open from 5:00 p.m. to midnight every night for the rest of the week.
