We’re loving all of the pop-ups and previews that Roger Li is hosting ahead of the opening of Umami, his new Japanese pub coming to Lawrenceville next month.
And tonight, he’ll be taking over the kitchen at Marty’s Market, and will be serving up an all-ramen menu for one night only.
On the menu will be two varieties of handmade ramen, including Tonkontsu Ramen, with pork shoulder, negi, egg, nori, and togarashi sesame oil, made using organic pork from Northwoods Ranch. They’ll also be serving Miso Ramen, a vegan dish made with eggplant, black radish, broccolini, nori, and chili garlic sesame oil.
The pop-up starts at 4:00 p.m., and lasts until the ramen runs out.
Users of the ‘No Wait’ app can reserve their space (and their ramen) before they arrive.
