Marty’s Market is hosting a make-your-own sushi party – and a few last-minute seats just opened up.
Chef Kelsey Sukel will be leading the class, and providing sushi tips and pointers for making sushi in your own kitchen, and wine pairings from the experts at Dreadnought Wines will give guests something to sip on while they learn.
On the menu:
- Blue Marlin Sashimi with jalapeno, cilantro, Sriracha and ponzu, paired with iPola Moscato d’Asti
- White Shrimp Nigiri with wasabi and pickled daikon, paired with Pares Balta Blanc de Pacs
- California Hand Rolls with cucumber, avocado and sesame, paired with Anthony Road Gewurztraminer
- Salmon Belly Rolls, paired with Elicio Rosé
- Crispy Tuna Inside Out Rolls with panko-crusted tuna, romaine, masago, Japanese mayo and avocado, paired with Domaine Pral Morgon les Charmes
