Big changes have come to the Smallman Galley!
Two new restaurant concepts are making their debut today at 5:00 p.m. at the Strip District restaurant incubator.
Home, a concept from Phill Milton, will feature a unique take on hearty, family-friendly dishes, like Pecan-crusted Fish Sticks made with Lake Erie walleye, Short Rib Ragu with Parmesan Gnocchi, and his own elevated take on fancy TV dinners.
The other restaurant concept will be a modern European cafe concept from The Vandal’s owner Joey Hilty called Joey’s. With a menu separated into ‘Snacks’ and ‘Bigger Snacks,’ you’ll find vegetable-forward dishes like Marinated Peppers, Sweet Pea Pancakes with radish and sesame mint, and Grilled Asparagus with a soft egg and anchovy mayo, and a Lamb Kebab, served with a white bean puree.
You can see the menus for both new restaurants below.
The two concepts replace brunoise and Colonia, which ended their run at Smallman Galley last week.
