There’s a brand new place to grab a beer and a bite in Harmony!
Union Brothers Brewing is now open at 365 Mercer Road in Butler County, serving their own brews, along with a food menu full of comfort-food favorites.
Starting today at 4:00 p.m., the brewpub will be open at 50% capacity, with seating first come first serve. They also boast a patio area, which is currently closed for full service, but open for seating, and a grassy area, perfect for enjoying a beer in a socially-distant fashion.
Union Brothers Brewing’s food menu features ‘Shareable’ plates, including ‘Trash Can Nachos,’ (with refried beans, cheese, salsa, queso and chili), Hand-Cut Vadalia Onion Rings, ‘Union Brothers Poutine’ (with beef gravy, hickory bacon, and their own cheese sauce), and Jumbo Lump Crab Fritters.
Soups, salads, wings and a selection of burgers are also on the menu, along with a healthy selection of grilled cheese sandwiches, like the BBQ + Bacon, Chicken Bacon Ranch, and Ham & Swiss.
The brewery currently has five beers on tap, including Puffs (8.0% ABV), a milk stout with notes of dark chocolate and creamy vanilla, Union Break (7.0% ABV), a hazy IPA with hints citrus, grapefruit and pine, and Sauced (5.5% ABV), a strawberry and blackberry fruited sour with notes of berry flavors. Beer will be sold in 5 ounces or 12 ounces, and growler fills are not offered at this time, but will be available soon.
In compliance with Pennsylvania’s current health and safety guidelines, all guests are required to wear masks when not seated, standing at the bar is not permitted, and hand sanitizer is available throughout the restaurant.
Union Brothers Brewing is open Wednesday – Thursday from 4:00 to 10:00 p.m., Friday – Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 7:00 p.m.
