On Sunday, April 10 (yep, that’s tomorrow), The Vandal is hosting a Cluster Brunch event, with four of Pittsburgh’s very best chef friends – Chad Townsend from Millie’s Homemade, Keith Fuller from Root 174, Mike Rado from Butcher on Butler, and The Vandal’s own Joey Hilty.
Each chef will be featuring one different brunch item, including Fuller’s contribution, a Walking Taco. He’s serving up salsa verde, Pico de gallo, red pepper, chipotle puree and a sous vide egg in a bag of Fritos – and making a vegan version with vegan chorizo, too.
Brunch will be served from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., or until the food runs out… which probably won’t take too long.
