Vegan Pittsburgh Wants You To Eat Cake

January 2, 2017 by Emily Catalano Leave a Comment

For vegans, finding really good baked goods (that don’t include dairy or eggs) can be a challenge. That’s why Vegan Pittsburgh has decided to round up all of the bakeries in town that offer vegan options, and throw a (vegan) cake-filled bash.

CAKE! will take place on Sunday, January 15 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at East End Brewing Company, and will feature all-vegan cakes from bakeries like Sugar Spell Scoops, Zenith, The Butterwood Bake Consortium and Sweet Alchemy Bake Shop, along with other bakeries providing vegan treats.

Tickets to the event are $10 per person, which includes two full-sized servings of vegan cake. Since the event is happening at EEBC (which will have vegan beer for sale), the event is 21 and over.

To purchase tickets, visit the event page.
