Got questions about fermentation? Whole Foods has answers.

The East Liberty location is hosting an ‘All Things Fermented’ class on Saturday, July 11.

The Whole Foods staff will be teaching three classes, showcasing DIY pickling techniques, using tried-and-true natural fermentation methods. They’ll be covering the basics, including how to make a quick pickle, Kimchi, and sauerkraut.

The sessions run from noon to 1:00 p.m., 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., and 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.
