
This party has been two years in the making.
That’s how long Wigle Whiskey has been aging Old Sap, a collaboration whiskey with Latrobe’s Four Seasons Brewery.
On Friday, January 27, Wigle is hosting a big release party at their distillery, with live music, cocktails, and Four Seasons brews.
Old Sap is part of Wigle’s Brewers Series of spirits, and was inspired by Four Season’s use of Belgian-style malts and yeasts, and distilled from malt and maple syrup.
Tickets to the party are $15 per person, and include maple syrup sampling from Philson’s Bushel and a Peck Farm, Four Seasons beer, cocktails made using Old Sap, and spirit sampling. Franktuary’s food truck will also be on site.
The party starts at 6:00 p.m., and tickets are available online.
