Wholey’s needs help naming their newest sandwich!
Just in time for the Lenten season, the popular Strip District market has created a “To-Be-Named Lent Sandwich.” The limited- edition sandwich features a crab cake, topped with a soft-shell crab, drizzled with a chipotle aioli sauce on a Mancini’s bun.
The creative Pittsburgher who come up with the name for this fishy sandwich will win a FREE Wholey’s sandwich each Friday through April 10, 2020.
Fans can submit suggested names for the sandwich on Wholey’s Facebook page. The winning name will be unveiled on the Wholey’s Facebook page on Tuesday, February 25 at 11:00 a.m. Submissions will be accepted through Friday, February 21.
Following the contest, the to-be-named crab sandwich will be available on Wholey’s menu from February 26 through April 10 for dine in or take out.
