#TakeOutPGH Tuesday: 15 More Places to Order Dinner Tonight

Happy Tuesday, Pittsburgh! For the last month, we’ve been rounding up some of the places in town that are offering takeout and delivery once a week as part of our #TakeOutPGH initiative.

Banh Mi & Ti

Banh Mi & Ti is offering takeout for their Banh Mi sandwiches, rice bowls, Vermicelli noodle bowls, bubble tea and Viet coffee. Give them a call at 412-251-5030 for orders Tuesdays through Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Banh Mi & Ti (4502 Butler Street)

Bridges & Bourbon
Downtown

After taking a few weeks off, Bridges & Bourbon is back with delivery and takeout now available Tuesday through Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Their new to-go food menu includes snacks and sides like Chipotle Fries and Truffle Popcorn, and entrees like Shrimp Po’Boy, a Smoked Cheddar Burger, and Chicken Banh Mi. They also offer wine bottle delivery, too. Delivery is available through Grub Hub and Uber Eats, and curbside takeout orders can be placed by calling the restaurant at 412-586-4287. Cioppino 
Strip District

Cioppino has reopened for takeout and curbside pickup, and its sister restaurant Osteria 2350, is offering delivery through Grub Hub. Order online from their takeout menu, which includes both single portions and family-style meals, including options like Crab Cakes and homemade Mac & Cheese, Eggplant Parmesan and Spaghetti, and Gnocchi. Con Alma

Not only is Con Alma offering family-style meals, wine, beer and batched drinks to go, they’re also streaming solo concert series via their social media channels (right now, catch live performances every Friday and Saturday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.). Their takeout menu includes Lechon Asado for two, chicken empanadas, guacamole, Arroz con Pollo and more. Delivery is also available. Con Alma (5884 Ellsworth Avenue)

Garbarino’s
East Liberty

Garbarino’s is offering takeout and free delivery within a 5-mile radius of their restaurant by calling 412-665-2880. Fresh pasta options include Spaghetti Bolognese, Rigatoni & Ragu, Cavatelli with sausage. They also have Italian appetizers, a selection of salad and house-made soup, and entrees, like Veal Parmesan and Risotto. Garbarino’s (5925 Baum Blvd.)

Girasole
Shadyside

You can enjoy your favorite Italian food to go from Girasole. The Shadyside restaurant is offering curbside pickup and delivery by ordering over email ([email protected] or by calling 412682-2130. In addition to their regular menu, they’re also offering daily specials, family-size trays of pasta, and wine bottles from their wine menu. Girasole (733 Copeland Street)

Lorelei
East Liberty

The Lorelei “Sausage Kart” is officially open for business! The East Liberty restaurant is expanding their take-out offerings and now include sausage, franks, brats, and vegan roasted carrot dogs, served with a variety of toppings. They also have small bites, like a cheese plate selection, sausage pretzel knots, and a dessert menu, plus canned and bottled beers and growlers. Order online Tuesdays through Saturdays from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for pickup, or delivery within two miles to East Liberty, Shadyside, Highland Park, Point Breeze, Friendship, Garfield and Bloomfield. Pub Chip Shop
South Side

From 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., the Pub Chip Shop (and the accompanying Just Good Donuts) is open for carryout. Call them at 412-381-2447 to order from their breakfast, lunch or dinner menu, featuring dishes like Scotch Egg, Pie & Mash, Boxty Tot Boxes, Breakfast Sandwiches and Fish & Chips. Red Orchid
North Hills

You’ll find authentic Thai cuisine at Red Orchid, tucked inside a small shopping center on Babcock Boulevard. Their full menu is available for lunch or dinner, with dishes like noodle soups, stir-fries, curries, and Thai salads. Order online or by calling 412-837-2527. Red Orchid (5439 Babcock Blvd.)

Smallman Street Deli
Strip District

Taiwanese Bistro Cafe 33
Squirrel Hill

From potstickers to soup dumplings, Squirrel Hill’s Taiwanese Bistro Cafe 33 offers every delicious thing you need to satisfy your Taiwanese food cravings. Took Took 98

Thai street food is on the menu at Took Took 98, which is currently open exclusively for takeout and delivery. Thai brunches (with egg-based options like Kai Kra Ta and Kai Toon) are available all day, along with soups, salads, rice bowls, noodle bowls and curries. The Saloon

Takeout and delivery is available from The Saloon at Mt. Lebanon on Wednesdays through Sundays from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. Look for classic pub fare, like sandwiches, burgers, wraps, ‘Pittsburgh salads,’ wings and pizza. Order online, or call 412-531-5666. The Saloon (622 Washington Road)

Tocayo

You can order takeout or delivery (free within three miles of the restaurant) every night from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Tocayo, the upscale Mexican restaurant in Shadyside. Valliant’s Diner

Pittsburgh’s beloved (and straight-from-the-1950s) Valliant’s Diner is currently offering takeout and pickup during their normal business hours for breakfast and lunch.
