Pennsylvania is officially a destination for cartoon fans!
The Cartoon Network has announced that Lancaster, PA, will soon be the home of the first ever Cartoon Network Hotel. Everything at the hotel – from the carpet to the concession stand – will be themed Cartoon Network.
The hotel will offer themed dining, indoor and outdoor pools, a play area, a game room, daily screenings of Cartoon Network shows, trivia, activities, and more. Guests will also receive an exclusive hotel discount on admission tickets to Dutch Wonderland Family, an amusement park located next door to the hotel.
Every room is decorated per a different Cartoon Network show, including: The Amazing World of Gumball, Adventure Time, Ben 10, The Powerpuff Girls, Steven Universe and We Bare Bears. Themed suites include: Adventure Time, Ben 10, The Powerpuff Girls and Steven Universe.
According to Travel + Leisure, the hotel will have 165 rooms on its 9-acre property.
Fun themed dishes at “The Cartoon Kitchen” restaurant include: bacon pancakes, sausage breakfast pizza, Jake’s ultimate cheesy nachos, crunchy ramen taco salad, Fox’s chicken pot pie, and Lady Rainicorn’s desserts. Diners can look into the kitchen while they eat and spy characters like Griz, Panda, and Ice Bear cooking their food. Other dining options include the Bearista Café and Land of P’Oool concession stand.
According to the hotel’s Facebook page, the Cartoon Network Hotel will open on January 10, 2020. Reservations and more information can be found online.
