Pastry chef Rachel Walton, who heads up DiAnoia’s dessert program, has a number of different homemade cheesecakes available daily. She’s been expieriementing with flavors that work well with the cake’s creamy texture, including Dirty Chai, Lemon Raspberry, and Cannoli Cheesecake (with lemon, pistachios and chocolate).
Available flavors include:
- Dirty Chai
- Mixed Berry
- Cannoli with lemon, pistachios, and chocolate
- Lemon Raspberry
- Lemon with pine nuts
- Lemon & Mint with pine nuts
- Passion Fruit
- Mint Chocolate Swirl
Walton also recently introduced a new Vanilla Funfetti flavor, dotted throughout with rainbow sprinkles.
For the fall, Walton says she’s planning to add a Pumpkin cheesecake and a Pumpkin Chai cheesecake to the menu, along with some other seasonal desserts, including a pumpkin roll.
Individual slices of cheesecake are available during dine-in hours for guests, or orders can be made for half cakes to-go for $20.
DiAnoia’s Eatery is currently open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
